Dear Friends,
My name is Angela and I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in October 2006. I would like to share with you a new project called 'Flowers 4 MS', that I have created with the help of a special friend. Through the sale of these greetings cards, I raise awareness and funds to aid research currently underway to find a cure for Multiple Sclerosis.
I view flowers as a symbol of hope, beauty and life and I feel they are the perfect representation of my dream, which is finding a cure for Multiple Sclerosis and for all the rare neurological diseases that are so similar to it.
Flowers bring joy and beauty in very simple, but wonderful ways and they speak to everyone’s hearts through their beauty.
Use these cards to bring hope, to share a loving message, to send a wish, to create a smile…and you can do so while helping a very special and important cause.
100% of all proceeds will be donated to support the center’s research activities.
I hope I can count on your support.
Enjoy the beautiful flowers.
Take care,
Angela
CCSVI is a condition called "Chronic Cerebrospinal Venous Insufficiency" and was discovered by Dr. Paolo Zamboni, a vascular surgeon at the University of Ferrara in Italy. It refers to a narrowing or blockage of the primary veins draining blood from the brain to the heart. These include the jugular veins, veins along the spinal column and the azygos vein in the upper chest.
