Donations to support ongoing research at Johns Hopkins Hospital can be made in three ways. By ordering our 'Flowers 4 MS' cards, 100% of your purchase price will be donated to help MS research.

1. On-line purchases are payable through PayPal.

2. To pay by check, email a list of the cards you would like to <Angelusa73@aol.com>. We will then invoice you for the appropriate amount. By making the checks payable to Johns Hopkins Hospital, your purchase price will be treated as a charitable donation for tax purposes.
